On Monday, April 6th Safe Tech hosted a welcome reception for the Texas Fire Chiefs Association (TFCA) leading up to their annual conference.

The TFCA acts as a bridge between fire service leadership and legislative members throughout the state of Texas. They aim to strengthen current regulations, enhance Texas citizens’ safety, and protect firefighters’ careers, including volunteers.

The TFCA annual conference is the organization’s largest event, attracting over 250 fire service members from regions all over the state. Attendees include fire chiefs, assistant fire chiefs, battalion chiefs, training officers, firefighters, and city department executives.

During the welcome reception, fire service attendees had the opportunity to tour the Safe Tech headquarters, preview public safety technology, and network with other fire service members from across the state of Texas.

Caleb Holt, Founder and CEO of Safe Tech, spoke during the conference and had the opportunity to share our mission and plans for providing innovative tech to the public safety community.

This was the first event held at Safe Tech since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic back in February of 2020. We look forward to hosting many more events throughout 2021 to bring first responders and military members together with those who Make Safe Tech.
